My device has suddenly stopped syncing. Keeps saying device not found

There is advice for this on the FAQ but the first thing I would do is restart it and check that the device you are syncing too has Bluetooth switched on. I can't sync to my laptop if I have Bluetooth turned on on my Smartphone although I was told it can connect simultaneously to 2 devices
