I have a new Inspire. It seemed fine when I took it out of the box. I plugged it in, downloaded updates and started installing, but the process was interrupted accidentally. Now the device is completely non-responsive, although it should be fully charged (can't be sure, because of no display or any other lights). I have pressed the button for 5 seconds or more several times, still no response? Any ideas on how I can get it going again?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums @AnnemarieDreyer. Thanks for reaching out to report this issue with your Inspire wont' tuning on.
Thanks for trying to restart your Inspire. But since this was stuck while doing the update, it's best if you plug in into the charger and try to finish the update. Please make sure that your phone and Fitbit app are up to date. And confirm that your phone is connected to strong internet connection.
You can also try the following steps:
This should help, please keep me posted on the resolution!

Please advise, HOW do I restart the Inspire if it is non-responsive like this? I have it on the charger, it has been plugged in overnight, I have held in the button for more than 5 seconds several times. There is NO response. Not a light of any kind, no vibration. It seems that it is not charging at all.
I have done all of the rest of the suggestions, but the restarting is the problem now. I think perhaps it had some charge when I received it, has now run down completely and is not charging. Maybe I should just return it.
