Inspire non-stop vibration

My Inspire started rapid vibrating every 15 minutes or so.  It was about 70% charged but I tried plugging it in to see if that would help.  The screen went black and stayed that way for several hours.  The screen eventually lit back up but the problem still exists.

Hi @Bucchi, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps before to posting over here. To resolve this vibrating issue, I recommend you to follow the next steps to restart your device:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Let me know if the issue persists and if you have any additional questions.

I have tried to do this and it doesn't work. Currently my fitbit is dead,
even after leaving it charging all night.
