Thanks for letting me know that you're not able to see your notifications on your Fitbit Inspire. Please confirm that your phone is listed here.

 

Are you using an Android of iPhone device? If you're using and iOS device, what is the OS version of your iPhone? Some users have reported notifications issues after updating to iOS 13. You can try the steps here: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
