Inspire not responding

My Fitbit is saying it is synced on the my page but the device turns on and has the icon and the setup site. It does not do anything. It is set up and registered and synced so why won't the device do anything?

Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with your Inspire device. 

Before considering other options, make sure that you've tried the steps listed here below: 

  1. Unpair the device from your account,
  2. Remove the device from your phone's bluetooth settings,
  3. Perform a restart procedure as described in this article
  4. Attempt setup again
