Inspire not tracking steps

Inspire is not tracking my steps,have restarted it but did not help,I am using the clip

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend confirming the steps to restart the tracker at How do I restart my Fitbit device? Please also press and hold the button and on Inspire and confirm if you have "On Wrist" or "On Clip" setting. Does it start tracking if you change the setting?
