Inspire not tracking swimming

I've used my Inspire on 5 swims over the last few weeks. I have the same routine: 500 yd warmup, then 5 x 250s. That's 1750 yds (about 1 mile) in 35 minutes. The Inspire has tracked the time, labeled it "Sport" and credited it with 60-100 cals. It has never detected swimming. This Inspire replaced my Flex2, which I loved and almost always tracked close to what I swam. I checked all the details on the pool length, etc., and it's still not working. Can you help?

Hi @WendyInspire That is strange. I'd suggest you try restarting the Inspire several times and see how it goes next swim. Please come back here if it still doesnt track the swim.
