my fitbit inspire turned off and it still had battery percentage left. When i plug it in it won't vibrate so it's not letting me restart it. Anyone have any solutions?

It has batter. I charged it the day before so it's not that. I got it to turn on yesterday after this post and it. Had 98% but then the screen went black again. When I plug it in it doesn't vibrate. I just got it in May.
