Inspire not working

My Fitbit is not working. I charged and still is not working.

I found restart instructions. The first few times I mistook the square smiley face for the "smiley face". But I kept trying. Finally, a different smiley face without a square appeared. Then it worked. So, those instructions could be more specific.

I followed the instructions to switch off. But the Fitbit doesn’t respond.
No light, pressing the button doesn’t change anything. All black. Thanks --
