Hello, can anyone help me? i have been trying to sync my inspire to my iphone 7 and everything goes well until i click on the notifications and all that comes up is a loading circle and i don’t know what to do. please help.

Please force quit the app and follow instructions of help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone
