I just got a new fitbit inspire and I cannot do anything with it other than charge it. It is 100% charged and when I go to turn it on all I get is a screen saying www.fitbit.com/setup. I have set up my fitbit account on the app but my phone cannot pair the inspire because it is not turned on. I am very frustrated and really need some help.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To batter assist you with this and based on the information that your Inspire is currently displaying, can you please let me know if your Fitbit is still paired with your Fitbit account? You just need to go to your profile settings and if there's an image of your Inspire, this means that it's still paired and this way we will be able to move forward.

Same problem. I'm trying to setup my inspire hr but I'm stuck on the second step where it asks if my device is powered on. It doesnt turn on when I tap on it. I already tried restarting it but still nothing. Any help.

I'm having same issue.....its paired on fitbit account just not in device.....click won't load

this is my problem exactly as well... if i push the button on the side of the fitbit it says go to fitbit.com/setup ... but if i just tap the screen i get nothing.. because it does nothing i can't get it to pair to my account. so i can't go any further.

This is super frustrating.
I have purchased 2 inspire hr but none of them are getting connected! I am getting the same error!!!! Setup. Setup setup! How can I set up when the devices aren't getting paired.

Same. Just bought. Put it on charge as directed and at 60 percent. Can't pair to app because I can't get past the "tap screen to turn on" part and my device does not show up when I go into Profile in app.

I was finally able to get it to work and it is awesome. I kept it on the charger and held the button on the side down until I saw a 😃...i had to do this many times. Then all of the sudden it just started to work. I was charged to 100% but it took me close to 2 hours to get it working. I was close to just exchanging it as it was a birthday gift.
