Inspire receiving repetitive phone call notifications

I get call and text alerts sent to my inspire from my cell phone (iPhone). For some reason my inspire will sometimes notify me every 30 seconds of the call that I have been on for extended period of time even though it is not a new call. Any explanation for why this would happen or how to stop it. I do not want to change the alerts that I get when a call or text comes in but not sure why it should alert me repeatedly when I am already on the phone.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iPhone are you using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hi I have a fitbit HR using android operating system on Samsung s10+.. my issue is that I get notifications (vibration) when I reply to a message as well.. Is that suppose to happen? 

Also says that clearing notifications from my watch clears them from my phone as well but it doesn't..
