Inspire sleep tracking accuracy

Had my Inspire a week now, sleep tracking for 1st nights sleep was fine, since then not showing accurate data: awake times not shown when I know I had been awake. I’ve restarted 3 times and changed setting from Normal to Sensitive and back again but no improvement! Any suggestions?

Hi @Ang59, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on our help article: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? to learn more about the Sleep tracking feature of your Inspire and let me know if you still have questions about this situation.

I'll be here if further assistance is needed.

Hi

I appreciate you responding to my post, and I’ve read through the suggestions via the link you’ve included.

However, my Fitbit Inspire is still not recording sleep properly. I was awake and moving around at least once (sometime more......) each night but ‘awake’ times have only been recorded on the first night I wore my Fitbit and not once since.

I have tried wearing the band tighter/against my pulse but this has not made any improvement. I have to say I’m not very impressed by the Fitbit as it doesn’t seem fit for purpose.

Kind regards.
