Inspire stopped tracking sleep

Fitbit stopped registering sleep. My favourite feature, so pretty fed up about it.

Read that I must scroll and and activate wrist on. Did this.

But then I scroll to settings, but I cant get anywhere from the settings cog. It just tells me to press the side button for three seconds to reset my data. I am meant to be checking that the heart rate monitor is on.

Any reason why the settings cog should be such a dead end?

I'm very sorry for the experience and thank you very much for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've followed prior to posting! I'd suggest that you please check if your Inspire doesn't have a pending Firmware update. If so, I suggest you to follow the steps provided in this help article: How do I update my Fitbit device?

 

Note that updating the Firmware may refresh the performance of your Fitbit device and fix the inconveniences. On a side note, I've moved your post to another board to keep our forums organized.
