My inspire turned itself off completely 2 days ago. Its showing as having half battery power but is completely dead and unresponsive, with no green light and no reading at all. I read through community help, and tried holding the side button in for 5 seconds, but nothing. My inspire hr is only just over 12 months old.

Why is there no way, seemingly, of receiving help from the Fitbit company directly? I don't have a twitter account, so how do I get a problem resolved? I cannot locate an email, phone number, nor chat facility. My inspire HR stopped working for no reason and is absolutely dead. I go round and round in circles trying to get help, and it seems no one in the UK can help. I still have UK consumer rights and I believe that Fitbit Inspire HR should last longer than 12 months; currently it's not fit for purpose. It appears I will either have to bring an action in the small claims court, or speak to my journalism mates about producing some feedback to the public. All I want is for it to work properly .

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

Thanks Odyssey 13. Why are the telephone numbers not made clearer and more visible? I appreciate the pandemic has an impact on service times, and this is not a problem for me. What is a problem, however, is the lack of visibility of customer support when the product isn't functioning as it should.

Hi @Camblywambly if you click on "Help" at the top right of this page and scroll down, there is a button to click to reach support options. WHen you go to that link, only the currently available ways to contact them is shown. My list of numbers and links stems from being on the forums and copying them when I see them posted by a Fitbit Moderator. We're all subject to the changes this pandemic has produced. I've been on hold to Costco for close to four hours on hold for talk or chat. Many companies I would normally call haven't been taking phone calls - Amazon, Roku, Verizon and on occasion, Walmart too. Every business and their customers are going through similar situations of waiting. I'm sorry you've had a problem. Were you able to get with UK support?
