Inspire stuck in clock face

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit Inspire has stopped working since the latest update on 9th August 2019. All I can use is the clock face. Have tried restarting several times to no avail! Cannot even see if it is charging! Fed up now as it’s only a few months old and never been able to read/see clock face, step counter, etc. in daylight.

A warm welcome to the Community @BAG1951 and @NellyG thanks for the input.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this stuck issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and make sure you restarted your device by following the instructions provided there.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

After many attempts I’ve managed to get the Fitbit working BUT I still cannot see anything once I step out into daylight! This means I need my I phone to see the time and keep track of my steps. What a waste of money and checking through the forums I’m not the only one experiencing this. You must have been aware of this design fault before marketing the Inspire but kept quiet about it!
