Inspire won’t connect with Bluetooth, forever searching.

I bought a new Inspire but the iPad and the Inspire cannot find each other.

it has 47% charge so going to charge it fully and try again but if it doesn’t work it will be sent back.

already tried turning the Bluetooth on and off, restarted the iPad.

any other suggestions.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I’ve only had my Inspire for a month and when it disconnected nothing was working to get it back. I just about ready to smash it and my phone. I tried what the FitBit moderators said on other forums but they were useless.

Inspire HR won’t sync with iPhone tried resetting with new user name still not working. Please help.

I'm experiencing the same, but with an android phone.

Never got mine to work. Fitbit offered to replace with same device or 1/2
of the Versa2 and a couple of other models, not newest model. I went with
Versa 2 and have had no additional issues so far.
