Insprire HR won't charge, Help!

Just bought the new Inspire HR for my daughter, it charged great on Monday when it arrived. Today tried to recharge and... nothing. Its still at 10% from the initial charge but isn't responding once placed on its charger. Any ideas of what I should do?

To charge your battery please follow instructions of help article Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device?
