I recently bought the Inspire HR fitbit. I am still getting everything figured out on this and just found the interval training and got it set up. I have it set to move 40 sec and rest 10 sec. However when it tracks and loads so I can see how, it did it flips my number. It shows as rest for 40 sec and move for 10. Is there a glitch in the system?

Did you get a resolution to this? Or did you just use it the opposite way around?
