Every time I try and log into Live chat, I keep getting looped around in circles and never allowed to actually live chat....extremely frustrating!

Hi @Ringleader75 I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with Chat. What type of browser are you using (Chrome, Explorer, Edge, Firefox). If you are using Edge, you might try other browser. I have found that to be the issue for others. I hope that helps.
