Lost receipt

I purchased a Fitbit last October and cannot locate the email with the receipt/proof of purchase. The Fitbit is no longer working and need to return.

If returning to Fitbit, don't think you need receipt.  They can tell when you started using it.

But if describe your problem, maybe we can help with you here without needing to return.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi,

I don’t know if shellymylove has the same problem, but my inspire 2 is not holding the battery charge … I’m lucky if it lasts a day … Initially it was fantastic … last three weeks or so it’s not good at all!  I’ve tried all the suggested ideas from other posts to no avail.
