My next badge should be the Corel reef at 1600 miles. I counted all of my miles since the last badge and exceeded 1600 miles but no badge. Not sure what’s happening.

Hello @Crandolph33 and welcome to the Community.  Did you manually log steps or distance because you forgot to wear your Fitbit?  Fitbit only counts steps and distance detected by your Fitbit for these badges.  You say you counted your miles.  Your mobile app doesn't give you your lifetime achievements, but your web dashboard does.  Log in to your Fitbit account on a web browser using your same email/password.  Tap on your profile avatar that in in the upper right.  Your lifetime stats are on that profile page.  I think Support can help you if you are missing the badge.  If you do need to contact Support, that badge is the Great Barrier Reef badge.

Hi,

I did not manually enter the data. The miles are calculated each week on the app and I added up all the weeks . I’m going to try logging onto a web browser. Thanks for helping!
