I was syncing the data onto my phone. I was sitting at 12k steps today and after the sync, My steps were at 0 (zero). Is there anything I can do to show my 12k steps from earlier?
I never had this problem before. Blue tooth was always connected, as I was able to get notifications for phone calls and text messages.

Hi @Harmony77g when you say the steps disappeared, was this on the Inspire or in the app or both? If it was just on the Inspire, Restart your Tracker. If it was on the app then uninstall your app 9n your phone, reinstall it and log back in and hopefully they will reappear. If they are missing g on both then restart and uninstall. Good luck! Let us know if you fix it or not.

@NellyG , Nice to see you around. Thank you for your help and Tips.
@Harmony77g A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message..
Do you have MobileTrack active on your Fitbit app?
To check, please tap on your profile picture. You'll see the devices and features paired to your account.
If you see MobileTrack there, this could explain the situation.
MobileTrack is a feature to track your steps using the sensors on your phone.
if you have it active and you use your Inspire 2 or your Flex, sometimes the steps recorded by your phone, will overwrite the ones recorded by your tracker. This could explain how the steps change after your sync your Inspire 2 or Flex.
Tap on MobileTrack and remove it from the app .
