Move every hour not working! 🙁

Synced synced to iPhone and iPad but Move every hour and vibrates not working. Have restarted, deleted Fitbit and installed again several times. Thanks for any help! Am awaiting customer services to respond also.

Did they once work and have stopped working, or are you just setting it up?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Set up and have since taken off and restarted and waiting until next time I’m supposed to move .... tomorrow now.... to see if it works!

Fitbit replacing pebble so hope this one works. The faulty one will be recycled locally.
