My FitBit app not working

Hello,

I have been trying to complete the 6 months trial on my new fitbit and payment approval was giving error.
I have reinstalled the app and now that I am trying to install again is keeping giving error.

I have a Samsung A51 and all the updates are in line.

Can anyone help me 😞

"keeping giving error" is not much to go on.  Can you at least share what the error message is?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
