My Fitbit's screen not working

My Fitbit is charged and based on the online dashboard, it's working fine.

However, I can't get it to show any readings -- the screen is blank.

The only way I know of to show the screen is to squeeze the sides, but that isn't working.

Any advice?

I don't have a manual for my Fitbit, so don't know what I should do next.

I have the same problem. Tried chat for help and got a programmed conversation. Not helpful

Too bad you're having the same problem, Carabella.

I just downloaded the manual, so perhaps it will help me figure things out.

I really don't know how to use this thing, and it's even worse when I can't see the screen.

Update: I found directions for how to restart my Inspire 2 -- which were:

1] Plug the USB part of the charger (Inspire attached as if to charge it, though mine was already charged) into the USB port on my computer.

2] Then I squeezed both side buttons for 5 seconds.

3] The display didn't show until I put the Fitbit back on my wrist. Tada! Now the display is working!

Problem solved!
