My Inspire not tracking

I am not able to track my steps on my Healthslate app. with my Fitbit even though it is synced to the applucation.

Have you checked your app store to make sure both apps are up to date?

I have checked everything is good on that end it also cleared what tracked in the morning and changed everything to 0

Okay you did the restart? I think you connect it to the charger and hold down the button until it turns off.
