Last month my Fitbit inspire 2 just won't sync to my iphone 13 as described in this post.
I live in Taiwan and there's no official retailer in Taiwan currently. I bought it just three months ago.
I contacted the customer service.
They asked me to send back the old device and send a link offering me a replacement or 50% discount on a new one.
I chose a replacement. However, the replacement has a very very dim screen just like what has been described in this post.
I called the customer service again. The guy answering is not very fluent in Chinese so I didn't say anything harsh. I politely asked them to send me another replacement.
Guess what. The second one has exactly the same dim screen issue.
I can only see the screen in darkness.
I suspect that there's no proper Inspire 2 replacement in their inventory, which forces customers to buy a new one at 50%. This is so ridiculous. Not sure what I can do if the third one has the same issue but I WILL NOT buy any Fitbit watch next time.
