My inspire screen won’t toggle

Has anyone had the problem with your Fitbit not toggling? The clocks works and I can do a review of the basic info at the bottom of my clock but if I try to swipe up,down older/right it doesn’t do nothing. I press the button and it shows the light and battery....I have tried to restart and nothing has changed and I also updated...any other suggestions pr settings I have missed??

My screen went black today and when I plug it up it shows 90% charged. Help

I just restarted my inspire and it works again.

I have tried restarting my Fitbit several times and my screen is still frozen. It won’t switch from the clock screen. Help!

Yesterday I noticed my screen wasn’t reacting to touch. This morning the screen is completely black.
