I just received a fitbit inspire. I'm having issues charging it. The first one I received charged to 78 percent and then died. It wouldn't turn on, charge or link to the app. The replacement is sitting at 43 percent and not charging anymore. Not sure what else I can do. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums @Uzidog. Thanks for reaching out to report this issue with your Inspire's battery.
Thanks for trying those steps with both Fitbit devices. Please restart your Inspire and try to charge it again. I've received feedback from another user having similar issues after updating his new Fitbit, apparently it got stuck in the update process. Please make sure that your phone and Fitbit app are up to date. And confirm that your phone is connected to strong internet connection.
You can also try the following steps:
Remember to plug the charging cable into a USB port on your computer, a UL-certified USB wall charger, or another low-energy device. Attach the other end of the cable to your Fitbit device. Charging your device to 100% may take 1-2 hours. If you continue having similar issues with your Fitbit, please let me know so we can check with our support team.
Keep me posted on the resolution!
