I have just received a new Inspire and as per instructions I have fully charged it but it will not sync with my phone. Don't know if it is because when I tap it the screen does not turn on even though fully charged. Any thoughts or have I just got a duff fitbit?

ItHi @Shonamo Is the screen not lighting up at all? If it is not, thennit is probably defective. What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
