Brand new Inspire HR will not respond. It is fully charged. I have followed all of the steps for turning off and on and resetting. It vibrates and gives the smiley face but then nothing. The screen remains black when tapped. I have deleted and redownloaded the app, turned bluetooth off and on, restarted my phone, etc. There is no customer service, just a twitter bot that refers me to the website. Obviously my phone (iphone 6s) bluetooth cannot find a tracker that will not respond. Beyond frustrating that Fitbit customer service will not respond. This one is going back.

I'm having similar difficulties. My husband's new Inspire HR is only showing a horizontal white line. It is fully charged. This is the 3rd Inspire we've had, but the first problem. Disappointed that I can't reach anyone at Fitbit to problem solve with me.

Hello - yes exactly the same problem with me - first I got the horizontal white line, and now it's gone back to the Fitbit logo and refers me to the startup page. I've synched it with my account - it's showing up there, turned it on and off as directed but not able to shift it. Would love some thoughts on the next step!
