Could you please share a screenshot, where it can be recognized that the Inspire 2 appears as "inactive'?
In the meantime, please on the phone go to the settings > Apps > Fitbit App and clear cache.
Restart then your phone( off/on)
When the phone is on again, try logging in and pull the info you want to check.
Let us know it the data appears.
