No sleep for returning

I contacted the support, and it promissed me to send a sleep for returning the malfunctioning device. Till now I didn't receive the sleep.

 

Has anybody else made the same bad experiences with the support?

Hi @egoetschel - Could you please explain the situation more? What did they promise to send you?  Perhaps an email with return instructions? How long has it been since they made the promise? Have you checked your spam folder?

After the second try the support sent me the sleep to mail my device back. This done I haven't heard anything about the ongoing...

If I understand you correctly, @egoetschel , Fitbit Support sent you an email with instructions on how to return the device. It sounds like you followed instructions and returned the device. How long ago was this? It can take a couple weeks before you hear back that Fitbit received your device.
