Hi, I'm going on a tour where there will be no WiFi available. Will my fit bit still work, (just want it to tell the time and count steps)?

If you will be able to charge it, it should keep working stand-alone.  As for your data, this varies slightly by model, but I think it will keep all detailed data for about a week, then keep just more general data such as daily totals for a month, to still be available when get to sync.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
