I ordered a FitBit four days ago and except for the email confirming that had paid for it, I have received no further information about shipping . I keep checking my order status and it keeps telling me it has not even been shipped off! I am very disappointed with this service as I was hoping to give it to someone as a gift tomorrow 😠

Hi @lucygoodwin - The Fitbit.com store does not even sell the Alta any more. From where did you order yours? Please check with that retailer. Hopefully they can tell you more.
