Hi there I’ve got the Fitbit Inspire & notice when I receive notifications of text or phone calls my iPhone doesn’t ring. Have checked settings in phone & ringer is on loud. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem....only had Fitbit a week so still learning

Hi @Foaty Welcome to the forum. Congrats on your new Fitbit. I hope you find it a helpful and fun tool to motivate you to a healthier lifestyle. I'm sorry you are having an issue with you phone not ringing. This would not be caused by your Fitbit. I too have an iPhone and occasionally I have to shut it down to get everything to work correctly. I'm working off an iPhone 7, so my issues could just be because my phone is so old. Give your phone a shutdown and restart to see if that help.

This is not caused by the iPhone. This only started occurring when the Fitbit was connected. I’ve restarted the phone multiple times and whenever connected it does not ring... which poses a problem when I have it charging.
