Problems with active minutes and exercise on Inspire

My Inspire stopped autodetecting my walks, then stopped detecting active minutes.  After looking at the forum I restarted it several times as advised.

Today I walked for about an hour, initially it showed 60 active minutes but did not detect the walk.  I added the walk manually as exercise, my active minutes then dropped to 18.

I have only had the device since new year so am disappointed to be having problems.
