Problems with sleep tracking

Hi there,
I'm having a problem with sleep tracking with my Inspire I wonder if anyone can help me.

As soon as I get into bed I press the Begin Sleep Now button on my iPhone. When I check my Dashboard in the morning, I often find that it has not started to until about six hours later.

I set and reset the timezone on both the iPhone and Mac app but it has made no difference.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not recording your sleep correctly. Not sure what is causing this issue but I suggest you start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also check your phone's do not disturb mode and the battery saving mode as they may be stopping apps from working in the background.
