Hi. Like in the topic. With bands removed. I can hear something rattling inside. Is this normal?

Thanks

As long as the watch is working normally and you don't see or observe anything that might affect its performance I would say maybe it is the button that is possibly making that small noise.

Thanks for reply. I shake the device with the button pressed and can still hear the rattling noise. I wonder if whatever is making the noise doesn't add up to the already very inaccurate step counts. I hope that every rattle does not count as extra step.

Where did you buy yours from? If it still is rattling perhaps something was broken in the package when you got it and you may need to return it. Depending on where you bought it, if you bought it direct from FitBit you would need to troubleshoot with them.

But if you purchased in a store you should also talk to Fitbit CS prior to returning in case its something they can advise you over the phone.

Fitbit.com

I will do some testing tomorrow to see if this affects the accuracy of the step counter.

Thanks
