Reactivate old account

On the Fitbit app on my phone, a note came up to switch to Google. I proceeded to do that but my data from my old account was not retrieved. Is there a way to go back to my old account or retrieve my data and add it to my new account. I've called and talked with Fitbit a few times, but nothing is working.

I have not been told how to reactivate my old account. I have tried and it
did not work so any help you can give is appreciate it.
