Hi! I just got my ionic HR yesterday. I've always had the charge and charge 2 where you could start and stop exercise to record. I can't figure it out on this band? Is this function available? I know it autorecognizes some exercise but it did not recognize my half hour weight training workout today 😕

Hello @Kdixon72 and a warm welcome.  The exercise feature on the Charge 2 is called the multi-sport mode.  Your Inspire HR calls it the Exercise app.  You get to the Exercise app on the Inspire HR by swiping down on the clock face.  You can customize your exercise shortcuts and how they appear in your app, just like you did with your Charge 2.

Here is a link to the Inspire HR Manual for more help.

Weight training is not auto-recognized and must be one of your exercise shortcuts in the exercise app.
