Afer only a few months my Inspire HR stopped working I was sent a replacement and it won't sync.  It gets to the code and the error 500 comes up.  Tried hints on-line - turning off bluetooth, re-installing app, ensuring my old inspire is not on account and still the code comes up.  Getting beyond frustrated!

My replacement won't even pair up with my phone. Made the mistake of removing the Inspire HR it was meant to replace and now I can't even add that back. 

Have gone through all the steps they suggest in the help topic and have removed app and reinstalled several times. 

So far 4 and a half hours wasted and getting increasingly angry. Just as well the dang thing isn't working, as I am sure my heart rate is in the dark red zone by now.

Replacement came listed as refurbished, so seems it is not even a new one.

Thank you for all the details that you've provided regarding your Inspire HR devices that are not syncing properly and for sharing that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. 

 

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them about this. 

 

Please keep me posted on the outcome.

Eventually got it sorted by going on chat.  They couldn't help but passed it on to a 'specialist'  who said they would look into it and I should try later - bit annoyed they didn't give me an estimate of what 'later' meant but a few hours later it synced perfectly!  Hope you got your problem sorted M-Asp
