Does Fitbit ever reply to the questions and problems their customers have with their devices? I notice several people have posted issues, no response. Maybe Fitbit doesn't really care. Time to find another manufacturer???

Hi @JLR1 Fitbit does care, which is why they have these forums. As a community forum, most of the responses are from other users of the device and not from Fitbit. There are Fitbit Moderators who are paid employees of the company, who post as they are able. People come for all reasons and sometimes a post isn't answered. I know myself that answering something when you don't have anything helpful to add, isn't always the best thing to do. Many times a person posts with an issue and gets with support or the issue is resolved, but they never return to let anyone know. It's hard to know.
Anyway, I see this is your first post on the forums. Was there something you needed regarding your Inspire 2?
