Restart without charger cable

My Fitbit Inspire HR has had an issue with the screen freezing, and it will not track data, let me change screens, hold the button to see battery, etc without restarting the device, regardless of the charge percentage.  I do not always have my charger cord with me, or have access to a port to charge my FitBit when it randomly stops working.  (This has only happened a few times, but I have only had the device for a month.)  There should be an ability to restart the device without having to plug in the device to charge.

Hello @rhiser and a warm welcome.  I don't wear an Inspire HR.  But I saw your post and I had to read more.  I verified that the Inspire HR manual says that the device has to be in the charger.  My first thought was, "Well, whose bright idea was this?"

I browsed the Feature Suggestion forum to see if one exists asking for this.  Sadly, there isn't one.  The Feature Suggestion forum is the place to make a request like this.  You will need to start one.
