Hello!

 

Got a FitBit Inspire HR today. 

On the app, it displays my current heart rate -

but just says  ‘- - bpm resting heart rate’

 

I’ve spent an hour or so going through solutions on here and elsewhere but they either haven’t worked, or are asking me to go to sections of the app/ my watch that literally don’t exist 

Anybody know of a solution? Would be a shame if I have to return it after a few days

Hi @Tommo1 and welcome to the forum! Congratulations on your new Inspire 2! It will likely take several days of wearing your device for it to gather HR info then determine your resting heart rate. You can read more about it here.
