Hi,

@Kmaj84 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. Just to confirm, do you see the resting heart rate on your Fitbit app and on your Charge 4? Or where is it missing?

Is the rest of the heart rate being recognized?

See you around.

When I synchronized my fitbit Inspire Hr on Wednesday and yesterday I had „—-„ in resting hart rate.

In previous days it was synchronized.

@Kmaj84 , Thank you for your reply and further information.

Please do as follows:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.

    4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Turn your phone off/on and sync the Inspire HR with the app.

See you around.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work. Today my resting heart rate isn’t synchronized, but yesterday it was.

@Kmaj84 , Thank you for your message and for your further information.

Please follow these steps, some of which you have already done, but the order is important:

  • Restart your Inspire HR.
  • Please on mobile device , go to Settings>Bluetooth, and remove all connections that exist with the tracker. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone OS version)
  • Turn off Bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the phone is back on, turn on the Bluetooth again, but DO NOT attempt to connect to the tracker from here.
  • Go on the app. From here, try setting up the tracker as a new device.

Hope this helps.
