Retrieve account

My account has been accidentally deleted and that's the parebt's account. I was in a kid's view and I wanted to switch to a parent's view,but I can't fi d the word "SWITCH TO PARENT'S VIEW" on the screen. I tried to log out, then log in but still cannot see any. I also u installed the app and re install it, but same problem persisted. I cannot find the parent's account. But I can see in my kid's accoubt that we are friends. Please help.

What phone are you asking about @SunsetRunner. you are posting through your "deleated" account 

Deleting an account is not simply pressing a button. 

Try logging out, then log into your account. Using the email found here.
