I really like the Inspire 2, but the plastic keeps breaking where the band connects up to the actual Fitbit.  I also have an Alta, but don't experience any issues like I do with the Inspire.  These are not low-priced devices, and for the investment, looking for it to last longer than a year.  I'm looking for Fitbit to make good with some sort of amenable restitution.

Hello - After reading post from other products, I'm having the same issue as A LOT of others.  Hard to get anyone and the design where the band post connects to the plastic "housing" is going to inevitably break off in time.
