Is there a running workout available for the Inspire2? I mean like a program to follow, to start running.

@Evelyne444 there are two guided programs for running. If you are a Premium member, you can find them by tapping the "Discover" tab in the app and scrolling all the way to the bottom. Then look for "Beginner Running" and "Run Training".

 

If you are not a Premium member, there are various apps that you can download for the "Couch to 5k" program on your phone. The Running App by Leap Fitness is also very good.
